⁻ Set-up project governance in business unit: guidelines for project change, communication, documentation, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, risks, issues, gate reviews, templates (project letter/charter, Proj mgt plan, TG reports, …) & checking alignment with installed governance. - Create standardized & uniform monthly reporting, weekly Core team meeting - Ensure transparency of project mgt information (QCT) for all projects within the Business unit by setting up program dashboard. ⁻ Project initiation: admin set up of projects (cost center, Teams, Jira, Sharepoint set up), support in creation of Project Charter/Letter, Project mgt plan, kick off presentation, … ⁻ Project execution: keeping helicopter view: o Quality: (Technical, quality, project) issue categorization, Customer quality, Supplier quality, continuous improvement. o Cost: set up financial project controlling process & monthly reporting o Time: Schedule mgt: lead weekly schedule meetings for biggest projects, establish critical path, lead task force, manage general BU- & project agenda o General: set up KPI definition, trackers for actions /decisions /project changes, ensure proper TG/milestone planning & reviews, track customer demand plan + translate in sample build plan. ⁻ Project closure: financially, administrative, lessons learned ⁻ Support in implementation agile approach/mindset

- Responsible for leading several projects in a program in all aspects from project award until 3 months after Start of Production. - Develop strong relationship with the customer and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage both commercial negotiations as well as technical developments/changes/improvements/issues. - Responsible for flawless launch, achieving Project Quality, cost and delivery objectives while ensuring/increasing profitability throughout the entire project lifecycle - Manage and ensure strong working relationships within a cross functional project team existing out of a customer manager, a development engineering team, project sourcing team, a process development engineer, a cost accountant, a customer quality mgr, a supplier quality mgr and the site launch team. - Establish and control main time plan with milestones (MS Project) - Monitor the Projects by controlling planning, budget, kpi’s, project & program dashboard, leading launch readiness review meetings and reporting to customer business unit director - Manage prototype build and on-time delivery - Improve business processes within project management
