• In charge of Design and Costing of Electroplating Line (Anodizing, Chrome/Zn/ZnNi/Cadmium Plating, Phosphating Line) around Customer (such as Continental, Amphenol, TE Technology, Hilti, Airbus-Aerotek, Safran …) specification (production rate, floor space and height, water consumption) and Chemical Supplier (Mac Dermid Enthone, Atotech etc…) • Choose the right material (PP, PPs, PE, PVC, PVDF, SS316, SS304, Ti etc ..), equipment (Water Cooled/Air Cooled Rectifier, 1D/2D/3D Agitation Systems, Disc/Pleated/Wound Cartridge/Bag Filter Types, Ball/Gate/Diaphragm/Butterfly Valves etc …) • Meet customer globally to follow up quotation, design, Term and Conditions as well as checking future installation site for design confirmation. • Source Major Items (Rectifiers, Ultrasonic Cleaner System, Pump and Filters etc …) from Manufacturers (Kraft, Munk, Weber, Siebec, Serfilco, Mefiag etc …) • Supervise installation, commissioning of new line as well as troubleshooting WWTP and existing line in various country (Mexico, Portugal, Slovakia etc …).
• Design Sludge Treatment Facility – Centrifuge/Aerobic Digester/Membrane Filter Press/Compressed Air System/Potable Water System – PFD/P&ID/Equipment Layout • Source Equipment (Europe, PRC, Japan) meeting AECOM/DSD requirement • Liaise with AECOM and DSD about design update and or upgrade • Size Switchboard, UPS and Cabling • Writing Down System Control philosophy and working on integration of the various field bus to the SCADA system (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet Cable, Analog) • Make sure project is within Scope, Budget and meets deadline • Made 6 Million HKD savings on project cost and decrease installation time significantly

• Designed sand and grease trap & installated new filtration system (to reuse water in the plant) • Increased efficiency by reducing water consumption by 30% • Redesigned oil recycling system to eliminate base design difficulties (increase production effected by base design bottlenecks) • Made adjustments recommended by the audit company (AECOM) in order to win the new tender • Assembly record concerning the extension and modification of processes to increase the plant performance (subject to EPD – Environmental Protection Department) • Installed new centrifuges with higher capacity and stability regarding the quality of the treated products • Changed screeners and sand traps to resolve the problems of premature wear These optimizations results, increasing the site’s oil recycling production 2 times higher than the base design and reduce the site maintenance • Sourcing of Rotary Press, Ultra filtration membrane system and Air Blower Unit • Designed Waste Water Treatment Plant and Grease Trap Treatment Facilities extension in collaboration with Veolia Water Consultant and Independent Project Manager for a 24 M$ government project Resulting a quality effluent improvement (in compliance with EPD standards) and an increase of wastewater to treat ( 500 m3/d → 900 m3/d)
