Packaging line qualification
Packaging US, Project management My missions are to define, select and test the packaging for new Sanofi products. To do so, I have to work with the marketing people and various suppliers to assess the feasibility of the desired package configurations. After the design defined and suppliers selected, we have to qualify the new packages. Various testing are required like permeation studies, transportation qualifications, leak testing, etc. For each new product, a protocol with all mandatory testing and rational is drafted, test plans are prepared and executed and a validation report will be drafted and approved
In Charge of the follow up of daily production Implementation improvement on equipment (Vision system, new bar code reader): - Write validation Protocol - Write, review and perform test plan Perform a “temperature study” on packaging line Use of solving problem system (A3 SPS), quality tools (Non conformities, change requests, reclamations…) Conduct training for personnel Participate to serialization implementation project
