- Report directly to DOSM & DOS to assist Directors’ day to day tasks. - Look after both corporate accounts and local ITOs/Wholesalers in ADL. - Perform as the Regional Account Manager for Asian Accounts. - Identify new business to maximise both personal & team budget. - Proactively analyse the market opportunities for Adelaide hotels. - Negotiate with both TMC & local contacts to bid and contract RFPs. - Conduct site inspections for clients to meet the clients’ requirement. - Experience in negotiating with incentive groups, including Perfect (China), Infinitus (HK), Joymain, etc. - Attend sales calls, trade shows & proactively visit clients’ as needed.
- Design and provide marketing strategies for executives to reach target customers. - Coordinate production of advertising campaigns within time and budget constraints. - Manage customer relationships for The Hahndorf Inn from different channels. - Communicate & cross promote products with both local & international industry buyers. - Increase industry buyer number by 59.5% within one year (July 2016 - July 2017). - Attend the major sales events organised by SATC and TA to generate more business. - Win the biggest Asian incentive group in South Australia's history - Perfect China 3000 delegates.
- Handle ACBC SA’s online presence – update the organization’s website. - Create & design ACBC SA’s Weibo & Wechat accounts, targeting its members. - Prepare Shandong investment analysis for ACBC, clients and state government. - Support ACBC SA in organizing its networking events & master classes. - Involve in other marketing and media activities with duties of administration.
