I graduated from Future Senior Manager Program (a Mini MBA specializing in Retail Business Management) of Big C Academy in association with RMIT University. According to the CliftonStrengths report of Gallup, Inc., my top five strengths are: Relator, Ideation, Strategic, Communication and Positivity. In order to keep up with the modern digitalization trend, I have successfully obtained a professional certificate from the Google Career program specialized in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce. And, in order to improve my management skill (include manage stakeholders), I have successfully obtained another professional certificate from the Google Career program specialized in Project Management. Starting my career from 2010, I have had 15 years of experienced in various working environments such as State public university, Domestic Joint-stock company, Foreign company, Multinational company. Moving from Big C Dong Nai (known as Cora Supermarket in the past), the first Supermarket in Vietnam, I had worked as South Operation Manager at Look Kool & Komonoya Vietnam, Home Brands Group of Central Retail, a member of Central Retail Vietnam. After Covid-19 pandemic, I have worked as Senior Store General Manager at Kohnan Japan Tan Phu cum Kohnan Japan Binh Tan, Retail Operation, a member of Kohnan Japan in Vietnam. After, I participated in several projects as a Retail industry Expert. Currently, I am a General Manager - Marketing & Operation for Long Beach Mart, a member of Long Beach Group. Now, I am looking for wider experience and new challenges as a higher position C-level.
