1. Prepare Department Procedure Manual, Process flow chart, Standard Operating Procedure and Health Policy of JSL and ensure that it is implemented across the Organization. 2. To attend patients in the Out Patient Department, do necessary investigations and treat them. 3. To attend Emergencies round the clock. 4. Keep a liaison with the outside specialists and hospitals for provision of best possible medical care to our employees and family. 5. Develop and Implement Occupation Health Guidelines as per the Factories Act 1948 and OHSAS 18001 guidelines. 6. To conduct Pre Employment Examination of employees prior to joining JSL. 7.
