For more than 20 years, I have worked alongside learners, educators and organisations to strengthen capability, improve experiences and achieve meaningful outcomes across vocational education, corporate learning and community sectors. My approach begins with understanding people’s experiences. By identifying barriers and working collaboratively to develop practical, people-centred solutions, I help individuals, programs and organisations build capability and achieve sustainable outcomes. Known for building trusted relationships, I combine educational expertise with curiosity, empathy and sound judgement to turn insight into practical outcomes. My experience spans learning and development, instructional design, learner support, assessment, leadership and organisational improvement, allowing me to contribute across a broad range of education, capability and community-focused environments. I enjoy working with organisations that value curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement, where thoughtful ideas are welcomed and improving outcomes for people is central to decision-making.
