In this new journey, I was entrusted to keep the production running to achieve the target such as volume, quality, OEE and off course safety. I also handle machine installation, commissioning, small projects for production imprvements, engineering, spare part management and utility efficiency. Last but not least, I also do Production kpi and yield reports for global HQ. Due to the company restructurization because of covid 19, I have to leave the company . - P3FP project is divided in 8 project packages consist of bulk material handling, 12000 dwt jetty, process plant upgrade and extension, and Coal Fire Power Plant (using CFB Boiler). * Job Description : Analyze design, calculations, drawings, plans for project application based on Feasibilty Study In charge of review on inspection and test plan (ITP), project execution sequence, S Curve diagram review, project scheduling method, fabrication & construction procedures (bulk material handling, rotating dryer & kiln, pressure vessel & storage tanks, steel construction work, etc) On site and workshop inspection for on going projects. Site commissioning.
Site Engineer for Bulk Material Handling expansion Project. Analyzing construction procedure method and supervise the construction of belt conveyor, Hopper & coal crusher, piling works, pipe instalations, and steel structure construction. Arrange ITP and site work procedures such as erection method of steel structure, conveyor installation, and pipe works.
Adding more income to the company in other way than supplying casting products such as, small fabrication projects, repair and maintenance, wrapping, coating and protection using fiber wrapping technology or retrofit repair, and etc.
