As an assistant lecturer I taught more than 3000 people in the last few years but I also trained myself so I’ve been on both sides of the table, learning engineering subjects from colleagues and teaching economics for engineer students. What I learned throughout these years that I’m not there to make my students love me but I’m there to motivate them, to educate them and support them in their efforts.
