I co-operate with the Assistant Superintendent and other deck Foremen to ensure a smooth job preparation and execution. This is teamwork and all departments of the heavy lifting vessel and the project team on board need to work together in order to achieve success. As a Field Engineer I am a key figure in this process.

This experience has given me great benefits in my offshore career.

      During my time at the Projectbureau Regionale Waterkeringen, I investigated secondary water barriers for the water board of Rijnland. The main purpose of the Projectbureau is to see if the water barriers in the Rijnland district meet with the requirements of the waterboard. Therefore I performed calculations on dike stability. In another fase recommendations and designs for improvement were given to the water board.
