Prior to Sep 2025, I was the President of Global Business & Chief Revenue Officer, where I lead global client engagement, market activities and responsible for EPAM’s global business operations. Prior to June 2024, I served as President of EU and APAC Markets, leading market activities in those regions and co-lead global business operations and oversaw EPAM’s banking and financial services business unit. Prior to August 2012, I'm been EPAM's CTO and was responsible for ensuring that all of EPAM Systems global offshore and nearshore software development centers are at the leading edge of industry standards for efficiency and quality. Before the 2004 merger of Fathom Technology with EPAM, co-founded and served as Fathom’s CTO in Budapest, focused on providing software engineering services to global leaders on Java EE & .NET.
