Gyula, Békés, Hungary
As a certified archaeologist, I have worked on numerous excavations, often as field director, where I managed both the research process and the complex organizational tasks behind it. My curatorial experience includes contributing to the creation of the new permanent exhibition at the Munkácsy Mihály Museum, as well as curating several temporary shows. Beyond archaeology, I hold degrees in ethnography and religious studies from the University of Szeged, and I continue to pursue research in these fields. My writings have appeared in both academic journals and popular publications—I have always considered it essential to build bridges between scholarship and the wider public. Alongside my academic career, I am also active as a creative and literary writer. My works have been published in leading Hungarian literary journals, and in 2020 I was awarded the Móricz Zsigmond ösztöndíj (literary grant). Currently, I work as a museologist at the Békés Városi Művelődési Nonprofit Kft. (Békés City Cultural Nonprofit Ltd.) and serve as president of the Gyulai Művészklub (Art Club Association of Gyula), where I focus on developing cultural programs and community initiatives. I continue my literary work as a grantee of the Magyar Művészeti Akadémia (Hungarian Academy of Arts), while pursuing my interdisciplinary doctoral studies at the University of Pécs. I am also an active member of professional communities, including the Magyar Néprajzi Társaság (Hungarian Ethnographic Society) and the Magyar Régész Szövetség (Hungarian Archaeological Association). I hold intermediate-level certificates in English and Latin, which support my international academic and professional collaborations. Beyond scholarly and artistic work, I am open to roles where research precision, storytelling, and creative writing intersect: cultural communication and content creation (journalism, editing, blogs, magazines), knowledge dissemination (books, podcasts, video content), cultural tourism and heritage-based experience development (guided walks, thematic programs, museum education), education and training (workshops, community learning, creative writing courses), as well as the creative industries (game and screenwriting, content strategy, branding).
