• Management of the Foundation and OSS installation package for the ORSTED NEP OWF project
• Leading multi-cultural teams spread out over several countries to successfully delivery fabrication, marshalling, transport and installation packages for EPCI tenders (NNG OWF, SOFIA OWF, SEAGREEN OWF), projects (SEAGREEN OWF). • Managing HSE, engineering, procurement, QAQC, project services for the works. • Responsible in identifying project delivery risk and mitigation strategies • Monthly contractual and commercial reporting, budget update of the works • Representing company in meeting with clients and subcontractors
• Stationed at Edinburgh as a company representative to assist with managing one of the fabrication subcontractors (BIFAB Ltd.) for the BEATRICE EPCI project supplying 26 jacket foundation • Leading a site team of around 15 people together with the site manager, overseeing 3 fabrication yards. • Coordinating every aspect of the fabrication scope, including, but not limited to HSE, engineering, procurement, QA\QC, planning, document control, certification and commercial matters to fulfill the overall project requirements, deliveries. • Minimizes risk and contractual exposure.
• Manages all engineering related aspects of projects: determine resources, plans, monitors and coordinates the work within the engineering team and with internal and external stakeholders. • Interfacing with clients and subcontractors, assisting the project manager. • Providing safe and sound solutions to challenges across the project, ensuring the engineering deliverables are satisfying the contract. • Guiding, mentoring, coaching young engineers.
Working as an Early stage researcher at Electrical Engineering Faculty of Delft University of Technology, Delft, Netherlands in the framework of Wavetrain2 project as Marie Currie fellow.
Assisting in courses, practicals during Mechanical Engineering studies.
