I am a dedicated researcher with a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Bharathiar University, supported by the prestigious UGC-BSR (Basic Science Research) Fellowship. My expertise encompasses Plant Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, CRISPR-based genome editing, plant genetic engineering, and Functional Genomics. I have gained valuable industrial and academic research experience through positions as an Associate Scientist at Aakash Green Research Pvt. Ltd., a Postdoctoral Fellow at Bar-Ilan University, and currently as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Agricultural Research Organization – Volcani Institute. My research focuses on plant transformation, geminivirus, crop improvement, and developing innovative biotechnological solutions for sustainable agriculture.

I am currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Molecular Genetics of Cucurbits Laboratory at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. My research focuses on the functional validation of the melon Fom-1 and PRV gene through CRISPR-Cas9 mutagenesis.
I worked as an Associate Scientist at Aakash Green Research Pvt. Ltd., India. During this period, I focused on a project aimed at enhancing bamboo biomass production using CRISPR genome editing technology.
