Stellar Travel Supplies is a small company that specialises in flexibility and has detailed knowledge about inflight products to benefit small to medium sized airlines and their caterers. My responsibilities are managing existing accounts, purchasing, marketing, finance and overall business strategy.
This company makes ERP software for the Fashion industry, based on Microsoft Navision. I was the project leader for new releases of this product and co-ordinated the activities of different departments involved in it.
Account manager for the largest customer of this airline caterer. I was responsible for the introduction of a buy-on-board concept on board of this clients' aircraft and I managed all their daily operational issues.
LMN runs a large customer loyalty programme in the Netherlands. I was resposible for the contents and form of the redemption programme.
Duni is a leading manufacturer of table top products and took over deSter in 2001. I then became product manager at Duni. As the European product manager I was responsible for merging the assortments of Duni and deSter after the takeover. I was also in charge of training the Duni sales and marketing departments about the deSter products and possibilities. Later, I was in charge of developing the product assortment and the improve and standardise the packaging.
