As the Director of Communications I create content to inform and engage our audience regarding diversity and inclusion in synchronized skating and manage our website to maintain maximum outreach. My fellow founding members and I work together to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the skating community with a focus on synchronized skating. We aim to amplify, engage with, and invest in diverse and established organizations and empower skaters by informing our skating community and ultimately wish to contribute to the ongoing inclusivity efforts.
As the Head Coach for the Glenview Blades Pre-Juvenile Team, I make executive decisions regarding the training regiment and performances of the team while working directly with athletes, parents, park district staff, and other coaches to provide the best possible experience for skaters and their families. My innovative coaching techniques allow me to provide a fun, encouraging, and competitive environment for our athletes to excel and reach their full potential
