Bailey Thompson is a licensed Professional Engineer with a background in controls and automation. Her experience spans the automotive, food & beverage, mining & metals, and medical device industries. With a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate in Engineering Leadership and Innovation, she is passionate about tackling complex engineering and business challenges. Bailey brings expertise in project feasibility, execution, construction, and commissioning, with a proven ability to manage projects from initial concept through to successful installation. This breadth of involvement has made her highly adaptable across all phases of engineering. Bailey consistently demonstrates a versatile skill set and a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, technically complex environments. Beyond her professional endeavours, she has held many leadership roles in extracurricular activities, notably serving as Chair of Hatch’s Professional Development Program in Montreal and Co-President of Western University’s Women in Engineering Club.
