As a customer success manager, I performed a variety of task, including: - Hosting customer trainings, QBR calls, renewal calls, and partnership calls - Working with a book of business of over 150 clients, with an average gross retention rate of 98% through upsell and retention work - Working with SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise customers to understand their long term needs and goals through lasting partnerships - Creating email campaigns and workshops to reach customers at scale - Working cross departmental between the Billing, Sales, Rev Ops, Legal, Deal Desk, and Marketing teams as an advocate for customer needs
Responsibilities included: - Creating video content for Calendly’s help center to help drive traffic - Create scripts for Calendly’s videos - Work cross collaboratively with Marketing regarding video branding -Edit videos using Loom - Meet weekly with the CX Ops team
