I’m an AI Product Manager passionate about building products that turn complex data into simple, useful insights. I’ve worked across biotech, fintech, e-commerce, and consumer products, combining product strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. I’ve built and shipped AI-powered products end-to-end, including an agentic analysis platform used by 300+ users and an AI recommendation engine ranked #1 in popularity at a university AI Fair. I enjoy diving into real user problems, experimenting with AI, and turning ideas into practical solutions. Always curious, always building.
• Launched an agentic biotech intelligence platform that aggregates 16 fragmented sources (regulatory updates, clinical trials, research breakthroughs, M&A) into a categorized briefing stream, reducing analyst research time from ~2 hours to <5 minutes. • Owned the product end-to-end as sole PM — from stakeholder discovery and persona definition to deployment — designing category-based signal grouping so strategy, partners, and investors can scan critical updates faster and make go/no-go decisions with higher confidence. • Architected a fully automated AI pipeline (API ingestion + metadata schema with credibility, topic, event type, timestamp) and built an n8n agentic workflow from source ingestion → GPT summarization → newsletter delivery, eliminating human-in-the-loop processing while maintaining citation-backed traceability.
• Automated manual portfolio reporting by building interactive analytics dashboards, reducing reporting effort 60% and increasing analytics usage 25%. • Enabled 300+ financial agents to evaluate investment strategies and make data-driven client recommendations, strengthening client trust and supporting downstream sales growth. • Drove cross-functional adoption by collaborating with advisors, agents, and external carriers, incorporating user feedback into iterative improvements that strengthened client trust and retention.
• Led a team of 4 to win 1st place across Georgia Tech, GSU, and Emory; defined MVP for a real-time EMS dispatch coordination product with live tracking, ETA, and status timeline. • Made product tradeoffs (low-lift GPS deployment over deep system integration); validated feasibility with Python visualizations; communicated vision to judges through problem framing and demo storytelling.
• Introduced the company’s first B2C product line on Taobao and Alibaba for a traditionally B2B manufacturer, identifying a high-growth young consumer segment through Python analysis of e-commerce data and reducing time-to-market by 15%. • Owned full product lifecycle (sampling → regulatory → packaging → GTM); coordinated across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing; built Tableau dashboards for launch readiness.
