Ensure production scheduling in order to optimize costs Deployment of the maintenance management approach (CMMS) Consultation of supplier’s, technical validation (request for quotes, follow-up of purchase orders) Manage and lead QC story / QRQC meetings and pilot action plans Management of plant resources (90 employees)
Configuration and implementation of a CMMS application for managing the maintenance of production machines. Audit and diagnosis of the maintenance function using the ADEPA-CETIM method. Reorganization of the warehouse using the 5S method, and determination of the safety stock for critical equipment. Establishment of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production machines. Proposal of the GMAO-OPTIMAINT software package and development of functional tree structures. Configuration and integration of the Equipment, Stock, and Work modules into the GMAO-OPTIMAINT application.
Implementation of the 5S OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety training. Participation in QRQC meetings at the Soubassement workshop. Definition of major and minor objectives expected for a 5S project. Establishment of an action plan based on a critical study and audit of the existing situation. Execution of the action plan and implementation of reference states. Selection of daily/weekly/monthly monitoring indicators. Implementation of the “5S” monitoring dashboard.
