Following the acquisition of Experts Web, I co-founded the new entity, Lookiimobile, taking a key role in the integration and management of strategic projects. • Post-Acquisition Integration: Facilitated the transition and aligned teams and processes. • Project Management: Supervised the development of web and mobile digital products, implementing Agile methodologies (Scrum) to improve productivity. • Product Development: Managed projects with a Laravel backend, Angular frontend, and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
