About

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Mangalore University in 1999. Over the past two decades, my professional journey has spanned manufacturing, sales, enterprise technology, public policy, and now, law—demonstrating adaptability, lifelong learning I began my career at as a Shop Floor Manager, gaining foundational experience in operations and production management. I then worked in the capital goods sector with Proturf (2002–2005) as Sales Manager for South India, where I led business development for golf course maintenance equipment and industrial vehicles, in a niche segment. From 2005 to 2008, I worked with Hindustan Unilever as an SAP Consultant, contributing to a large-scale ERP implementation program. This role deepened my understanding of enterprise systems and cross-functional process integration. Between 2008 and 2024, I served as Chief of Initiatives to a former professor from the Indian Institute of Management, who later became a Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament. I supported his academic and policy work, contributing to research, parliamentary documentation, and consulting assignments across sectors. In 2018, I was selected for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), a prestigious U.S. Department of State initiative that brings emerging global leaders to the U.S. for focused dialogue and exchange. Since 2024, I have been practicing law at the High Court of Karnataka, focusing on matters related to the NCLT, DRT, and white-collar crime. This transition reflects my enduring interest in justice and regulatory frameworks, underpinned by my multidisciplinary background. In 2025, I was selected for the inaugural Master’s program in Financial and Economic Crimes at Rashtriya Raksha University, enhancing my expertise in enforcement and compliance. My association with IIM Bangalore has been a meaningful aspect of my professional development. I completed the Executive General Management Program (Batch 22, 2011–12) and the Independent Directors Program (Batch 4, 2024–25). I also contributed to IIMB’s Executive Education in 2012 by supporting the pioneering “India Women and Leadership” (IWIL) initiative. In addition, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Forensics from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and have completed multiple certification programs My multifaceted career reflects a consistent commitment to learning, leadership, and public interest—anchored in the ability to adapt to complex and evolving professional landscapes with agility and resilience.
