My favorite word in the dictionary is subtle, for good reason. Early in my career, I understood real work to perhaps be in the execution of it. Over the years, experience taught me otherwise; real work happens to be quieter and much more subtle. As Chief of Staff across multiple segments, work by a self-coined principal of engineered subtlety. My current focus spans across quality assurance, trade policy, regulatory and government stakeholder engagement. The throughline is building scalable systems that turn ideas into operating rhythm and, more importantly, momentum others can build on.
