As a junior consultant working in a hybrid model, I support client projects through research, analysis, and the development of strategic solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, preparing reports, and collaborating with senior consultants and team members. Effectively using digital tools for remote work and participate in on-site meetings if required. Key skills include strong analytical abilities, clear communication, and adaptability, allowing me to contribute to project success and client satisfaction whilst developing my professional expertise.
As store manager, primary role included overseeing daily operations, whilst managing a team, encouraging success and motivation. Appropriate decision making to continuously improve business processes as well as empowering efficiency overall. Specifically involves optimizing order flow introducing a designated station for third party couriers to avoid large ques, differentiate delivery drivers from in store customers and reduce customer waiting time. Such decision being made is responsible for improved store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As a junior consultant during my work experience, working alongside senior team members, responsible for analysing data, researching and providing valuable insights for client projects. Contribution to brainstorming sessions involves developing strategies and a chance to gain hands on experience in problem solving within a professional environment.
My work experience at Darr Lighting involved assisting senior members on a project in relation to the implementation of an ERP (D365 BC). Assistance on the project involved responsibilities spilt between departments of the business. Purpose of the split was to develop skills and experience based on the implementation of an ERP from different perspectives of the business. The following identifies the roles assisted during my work experience: accounting, customer service, warehouse, manufacturing and marketing.
