I have twenty years of experience in the material engineering field serving as an engineer, supervisor and manager on a variety of project types, sizes, and complexities. During my doctoral education, which was financially supported by Eczacıbaşı Group, I worked on glass-ceramic glaze production and characterization, which was a priority for the company at that time. Towards the end of my doctoral education, I took part in the establishment of the Eczacıbaşı Vitra Innovation Center. I managed R&D, project coordination, supplier technical support and quality control stages at every stage of the process, from concept creation to production, at the Innovation Center serving Eczacıbaşı Building Product Group. I worked with many different teams in national and international supported projects with manufacturing companies affiliated with Eczacıbaşı Group. I can summarize the relevant organizations as follows: Raw material (Esan), tile (VitrA Tile), sanitaryware (Eczacıbaşı Building Product-VitrA), faucet (Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri-Artema), acrylic shower tray (VitrA), paper (İpek Kağıt), plastic and polymer toilet seat (VitrA). I made national and international patent applications with the product and process improvement data that emerged as a result of the studies. At the same time, relevant studies were presented at international congresses. In 2018, Eczacıbaşı Building Product- VitrA; I was appointed as the Technical Manager of the factory that produces sanitary ware. Initially, I was responsible for R&D, slip and glaze preparation units serving three factories. With the establishment of the 4th factory, I became responsible for the slip- glaze preparation unit of four factories producing 5,400,000 units/year. During the establishment phase of the 5th business, I took part in the installation of a new slip-glaze facility. Currently, I am responsible for the slip-glaze preparation unit, R&D, and raw material planning and organization required for production of five factories that can produce 6,400,000 units. In addition to these duties, I also carry out the task of researching alternative raw materials and creating slip-glaze recipes for Sanitaryware factory in Russia.
