    It was a two week customer service L2 course, where one week was learning the skills and situations of providing good customer service, the second week was doing work experience at one of the costa coffee places where I learned how to make coffee’s, clean up the dishes and the facilities as well as doing customer service. I mainly did clean up duties, washing the dishes, utensils and other equipments and cleaning up tables and floors while learning the role of a barista and other assortments part of the role.
