Talimarjan 400 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant •Management of operation, maintenance, and performance optimization processes across the entire 440 MW combined cycle power plant •Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities of 30 Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) within the combined cycle scope •Daily operation of 3 Steam Turbines (STs), including planned and unplanned maintenance management •Analysis of failures, trips, and performance degradation, and execution of efficiency improvement initiatives •Management of start-up, loading, unloading, and shutdown operations for combined cycle equipment •Optimization of thermal efficiency, pressure, temperature, and flow parameters in HRSG and steam turbine systems •Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring failures •Team leadership: coordination and technical guidance of shift personnel and maintenance teams •Active involvement in performance enhancement and capacity increase projects to ensure plant availability and production continuity
AKSA Energy Talimarjon 400 MW Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant – Piping Works •Installation of 45,000 WDI HDPE, Carbon Steel (CS), and Stainless Steel (SS) piping systems. •Execution of cooling tower piping installations, including stand and header connections. •Installation of piping systems for pump and tank connections, including suction and discharge lines. •Spool fabrication, isometric drawing control, material tracking, and site installation in accordance with approved isometric drawings. •Punch list preparation, inspection, and closure, including system acceptance of completed pipeline works. •Preparation, coordination, and execution of hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests for pipeline systems in accordance with applicable standards. •Planning, scheduling, and monitoring of piping installation activities, including job preparation and resource coordination. •Quality control and supervision of installations in compliance with international standards for CS, SS, HDPE, and vendor-supplied piping systems.
Gemlik Gübre Urea Plant •Served as Piping Section Chief, responsible for the management and supervision of subcontractor piping works on site. •Managed subcontractor coordination and site supervision, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, and quality requirements. •Performed man-hour calculations, tracking, and reporting for effective project control and productivity monitoring. •Controlled isometric drawings, spool fabrication, material management, and field installation in accordance with approved isometrics and specifications. •Conducted punch list inspections, follow-up actions, and final acceptance of completed pipeline systems. •Planned, coordinated, and executed hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of piping systems in line with applicable codes and standards. •Prepared installation plans, job packages, and work schedules, and monitored progress against project milestones. •Ensured quality control and installation compliance with international standards for Carbon Steel (CS), Stainless Steel (SS), Super Duplex, Safurex, and vendor-supplied piping systems.
Gemlik Gübre Urea Plant •Served as Piping Lead Chief, responsible for the coordination and execution of piping installation activities. •Controlled isometric drawings, spool fabrication, material tracking, and site installation in accordance with approved isometric drawings. •Performed line checking and punch list control to ensure system completeness and readiness for testing and commissioning. •Prepared pipeline systems for hydrostatic testing, including flushing, filling, venting, and test readiness checks. •Planned and coordinated pipeline installation activities, including work sequencing, manpower allocation, and job preparation. •Supervised the installation of Carbon Steel (CS), Stainless Steel (SS), Super Duplex, Safurex, and vendor-supplied piping systems in compliance with applicable standards and project specifications. •Managed and supervised the installation of approximately 230,000 WDI of piping at the Gemlik Gübre Urea Facility.
SOCAR Oil & Gas Plant •Installation, modification, and renewal of pipeline systems in accordance with applicable quality standards and project specifications. •Tank installation, internal cleaning, inspection, and maintenance activities, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety requirements. •Execution of leak elimination works on live (operational) pipelines, including: •Installation and replacement of isolation and control valves, •Replacement of gaskets and sealing elements to restore leak tightness, •Design and installation of by-pass lines to maintain system continuity during repair and maintenance activities.
