I managed the procurement areas of the documents needed by the R&D laboratory for goods receipt approvals. • I gained experience in commercial agreements, price tracking and information with Prometeon Italy Central Purchasing Department, and also had the opportunity to work with Prometeon Purchasing units in other countries. I closely followed the market by reporting to all units on major raw material exchanges such as Natural Rubber, Brent, and Oil, I gained experience in interpreting variables and managing orders according to these variables. • I worked with the Logistics Department in Import and Export operations. I took an active role in the shipment of imported materials, the way of loading, the follow-up of the road times and the preparation of the relevant documents in the export part and the preparation of the material ready for shipment. • With the HSE department, I took an active role in the follow-up of raw material safety information documents. • I took part in the price, shipment and performance management of suppliers that make contract manufacturing for Prometeon. • I worked with the Finance, Accounting and Finance Control Departments on invoices, payment terms and cost calculation.
