As Project Leader, reporting directly to CEO, I am responsible from, coordinating and reporting all the stakeholders and departments in the company. Opening new stores to creating and growing new brands, I lead the team in respect to our timeline and KPIs. In addition to core business projects, I am also in charge of OKRs, operations, last-mile logistics, third-party technology integrations and POS system optimizations projects. Along to project management, I am responsible of customer experience, conducting several blind tasting and secret customers as well as benchmark analysis through market data.
As part of Business Development team, I was responsible from Daily performance analysis and create areas of improvement for cancelled orders. This mainly encouraged team to build closer relations with the restaurants on the platform to perform a better experience for Getir users. Having previous experience in Restaurant B2B relationship management, I was also a leading member for designing the panels for restaurants, to create a more user-friendly approach to grow their businesses and drive sales in Getir.
As the Hospitality Digital Senior Executive, I played a pivotal role in connecting MCC TR with Hospitality Digital in Germany. My responsibilities included conducting research to gather B2B customer insights in the HoReCa sector, mapping customer journeys, and optimizing interactions with our services. I investigated the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the restaurant industry, developing a resilient strategy for SMEs. Actively adapting to the evolving business landscape, I aligned strategies with the "new normal" in the restaurant industry. I established an ecosystem integrating innovation tools, collaborating with startups for tailored SaaS solutions, such as OCR, AR, payment gateways, and social media management. Additionally, I provided expert guidance to restaurateurs, assisting them in enhancing menu offerings and growing their business.
As a founding Project Team Member for Metro Turkey's KÜÇÜK İŞLETMEM İÇİN Project, an award-winning initiative supporting small food businesses post-pandemic, I strategically managed operations for 40 stores and warehouses. End of the project we were able to donate ₺8.5 billion worth goods to SMEs. I managed all third-party web agencies for the project's website development. Simultaneously, I led an SEO-targeted content project for small restaurant owners, focusing on topics like "how to open a restaurant." I coordinated the SEM and Google Analytics performances and generated organic visits to Metro Turkey’s website.
In my roles at Metro Markets Bayrampaşa FSD Depot and the Head Office MCC TR, I led Continuous Improvement Projects for store support and served as an Associate Product Owner in Mobile App Development. I applied the Six-Sigma approach and gained insights into wholesale business operations. Responsibilities included content management, digitizing 30 years of country content, and organizing the UX Camp for university students, collaborating with third-party technology suppliers.
I served as the project manager for a digital solution tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Horeca Industry, leading its pilot in the Turkish Sales Team. I conducted market research alongside customers, identified solution partners, and devised the rollout plan for the specific digital solution.
