Greater Istanbul
Hello! I’m Aysu Beyza Güzelgöz. I graduated from Konya Food and Agriculture University in 2022 with a degree in International Trade and Business Administration, where I studied in a 100% English program on a full scholarship. During my university years, I actively engaged in student organizations and community initiatives. Together with my friends, I founded the Gezi Community, where we organized a variety of social and cultural events until the pandemic. In 2019, I took my first step into the entrepreneurship ecosystem as a University4Society campus representative, and even though our event couldn’t be held physically due to Covid-19, we successfully executed it online, gaining valuable experience through training sessions, mentorship, and meaningful interactions with participants. In 2021, I joined the Marka Mutfağı team, where we developed marketing strategies for different brands. This experience later led to my selection as the Coordinator of the Pazarlama Maratonu, where we organized the Sparkling Marathon in October 2021. My HR career began in 2021 as a GenNext intern at the Unilever Home & Personal Care factory, followed by expanded responsibilities as a Human Resources Specialist at the Unilever Ice Cream factory in 2022.In 2024, I joined Anadolu Efes as a Human Resources Specialist, where I focused on HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. In 2025, I transitioned into my current role as an Organizational Development Specialist, contributing to company-wide development initiatives, and organizational transformation. I am someone who stays positive in the face of challenges, embraces continuous learning, and actively seeks opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Nice to meet you! :)

I first connected with the University4Society community when I applied to become a campus representative, and that’s where my journey began. After being selected as the representative for my university, we quickly formed a motivated team and delegated responsibilities to organize our 48‑hour entrepreneurship event, University4Society@KGTU. Due to the Covid‑19 restrictions, we were unable to host the event physically. Instead, we successfully transitioned the entire program online. Over a 26‑hour entrepreneurship marathon on Discord, we brought together participants, trainers, mentors, and jury members in an interactive digital environment. Throughout the process, we focused on creating value for both the participants and ourselves by collaborating on diverse topics, sharing knowledge, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset despite the challenges of remote coordination. This experience strengthened my skills in project management, virtual event coordination, teamwork, communication, and community building, and remains one of the most enriching initiatives I took part in during my university years.
During my university years, my friends and I founded Gezi Topluluğu (Travel Club) and organized various travel events for three years. I served as Vice President for one year and President for two years. Key responsibilities and achievements: - Planned and coordinated both local and out‑of‑city group trips. - Led organizational planning, budgeting, and logistics to ensure smooth event execution. - Collaborated closely with a volunteer team to deliver enjoyable and well‑organized travel experiences. - Contributed to the club’s growth by increasing member engagement and participation. This experience strengthened my skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and event management, and remains one of the most enjoyable and rewarding projects I’ve been part of.
