Ensured the compliance with the legislation of Central Bank’s activities; Participated in the creation of legal standards in Central Bank’s all areas of activities; Reviewed and commented on all incoming normative legal acts in coordination with other divisions; Prepared memos and provided legal opinions on legal issues inquired by the Management Board, Departments and Regional Offices; Participated in drafting the agreements, contracts and other legal documentations; Reviewed Central Bank’s draft non-normative legal acts and ensured the compliance with legislation; Undertook the archive and register of Central Bank’s legal normativ acts and internal legal documentations; Undertook the inventarization of Central Bank’s legal acts and prepared proposals on the results in coordination with other divisions; Participated in the preparation of the Legal department’s operating plan and draft budgets, followed-up the proper execution of them; Drafted official response letters to the inquiries from the Ministries and State Agencies.
