Responsible for «Network & Technology» operations H&S by managing a team. Reports working remotely across Turkey in regional offices. Assessment of contractor companies during tenders and give decision of go/no-go. Ensure proper onboarding of contractors with kick-off meetings. Assist and audit companies. Investigate incidents; find root causes and follow-up actions.

Issues specific Project HSE procedures, Reviews and approves JSA and Risk Assessment for all site activities. Issue a site HSE training matrix and develop a site specific training program. Ensures all incidents are reported and adequately investigated and ensures all corrective and preventive actions are implemented on time to prevent recurrence. Establishes site leading and lagging SSHE performance indicators and regularly measures, tracks and reports performance with reference to the KPI’s. Review all new work and personnel for safety needs including hazard identification, risk assessment and training.
