Strategic Event Leadership ▪ Partner with senior leadership and content owners to align event design with core business objectives for major internal and client-facing meetings. ▪ Drive collaboration across internal firm departments, production teams, and external vendors to seamlessly integrate complex project workstreams. End-to-End Execution & Operations ▪ Provide comprehensive, end-to-end project management for large-scale events, serving as the primary point of contact from planning through final debrief. ▪ Direct on-site operations for high-level events, including recruiting, training, and leading cross-functional support teams (internal staff, PCOs, and DMCs). Financial & Vendor Management ▪ Own full event lifecycles financially, including budget creation, spend monitoring, invoicing, final financial reconciliation, and reporting. ▪ Spearhead competitive vendor selection, managing high-value contract negotiations with premium hotels, suppliers, and destination management companies.
