FINTECH / COMMODITY TRADING In 2008 me and one other business partner, founded A&A Commodities, a precious metals trading company that in the 7 years of its existence experienced a turnover of over 200MM€ across 3 different continents (America, Europe and Asia) and brought a clear vision to the market by proposing to integrate technology alongside innovative working procedures. Not everything was successes, there were a lot of failures and I could say we learned more from them than anything else. One of our lines of business was the trading of physical gold destined for Investment, all sold through our digital platform. Our next step was to use our platform to be able to enter into the Fin-tech sector. I still think the precious metals market much needs a technological revolution. The opportunities in that sector remain to be very interesting.

Founded and Acted as CEO of a major trading corporation which we started from scratch. A&A created a close relationship with the biggest LBMA refineries and players including Argor-Heraeus and Metalor just to name a few. Created flexible and reliable teams that could solve complex tasks such as managing logistics across 3 continents or maintaining a cordial relationship with over 10 LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) players. A&A reached Over 200MM € of turnover in 7 years. Thousands of trading operations. The creation of our web portal as an online precious metals platform hit the market by surprise. It allowed customers to store their investment gold bars in Bullion Vaults in Zurich, Singapore, Madrid and many other cities. I still think there´s huge potential when it comes to modernizing the precious metals market. Huge Potential.
