As an Energy Analyst at Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), I assist in preparing the 2024 Nigeria Energy Efficiency Report and conducting comprehensive energy audits for various facilities. I also research energy usage and conservation in line with the Nigerian Climate Change Act and SDG7, using tools such as EQuest and DOE2. I have a passion for sustainability and innovation, and I strive to contribute to the global energy transition. I am also a PhD candidate in Energy Systems Engineering at Cyprus International University, where I focus on renewable energy and energy management. I have a strong educational background in engineering and energy, with a Micro Masters in Solar Energy Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Uluslararası Kıbrıs Üniversitesi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Near East University. I have demonstrated my skills and achievements in various projects and publications, such as co-founding GREWN Agency, a social enterprise that promotes green energy and environmental awareness, leading a research project on community-based renewable energy at ENCLUDE, representing the youth voice at IRENA, and publishing multiple papers in reputable journals.
