    Sept 2004 - Feb 2005 : FEM calculations on nose upper shell structure of A380 at SONACA (Charleroi, BE). June 2003 - June 2004 : Developed the DFP3 Transfer Pump corresponding to the latest generation of common rail pump at Delphi Diesel System (Gillingham, UK). Tests, competitor technology comparisons, physical modelling, FEM calculations, tool and pump designs. Optimization, design feedback and problem solving on the current transfer pump. April 2002 - May 2003 : Developed a cryogenic valve for ARIANE 5 Vinci engine at Techspace Aero (Liege, BE). Defined tests and assembly, dynamic modelling, design and supplier follow-up, configuration management. February 2001 - March 2002 : FEM calculations of spatial structural parts at SONACA (Charleroi, BE). Dynamic, stress, random and acoustic loads, shock and stability analyses of Columbus protection panels, COROTCASE structure and ALADIN optical base plate.
