I have actively taken part in recruitment, personnel affairs, onboarding, reporting, disciplinary procedures, and orientation training processes within the automotive and iron-steel industries. In addition to recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, I have gained experience in employee process tracking and interview organization. Since my university years, I have volunteered in social and cultural projects, which has helped me improve my teamwork, organization, responsibility, and communication skills.
