I am a gastronomy entrepreneur and hospitality professional based in Istanbul. After completing the Chef & Owner Diploma Program at MSA Culinary Arts Academy, I transitioned into the gastronomy industry and founded LinLin Kitchen, a boutique catering and food production studio focused on corporate events and private gatherings. My background also includes more than 10 years of experience in communication, sales and marketing, supported by academic studies at Marmara University and Galatasaray University. Through LinLin Kitchen I have been involved in menu development, catering operations, event coordination and client experience design. I am particularly interested in gastronomy education, hospitality culture, food entrepreneurship and customer experience within the food and beverage industry.
