Performed need assessment reported on evolving community needs and provided clear recommendations for intervention. 3. Managed the implementation of social intervention program within the allocated project cycles. 4.Prepared and managed budget for programs and ensured all expenses were retired according to financial procedures and standards. 5. Monitored and evaluated program activities by collecting and analyzing data to generate reports for continuous improvement or corrective action planning. 6. We also distributed both edible and inedible products to 2000 beneficiaries in Kwahu East District. 3. We offered scholarship to both postgraduate and undergrate beneficiaries for over 2000 applicants. 4. We have also enrolled 5000 youth into apprenticeship under Youth in Apprenticeship program
