      1. Assist with the formulation and implementation of project strategic plans and operational frameworks to meet the needs of the population in Kwahu East District. 2. Performed need assessment reported on evolving community needs and provided clear recommendations for intervention. 3. Managed the implementation of social intervention program within the allocated project cycles. 4.Prepared and managed budget for programs and ensured all expenses were retired according to financial procedures and standards. 5. We offered scholarship to both postgraduate and undergrate beneficiaries for over 2000 applicants. 4. We have also enrolled 5000 youth into apprenticeship under Youth in Apprenticeship program
