Toyota paint Simultaneous Engineering functioning liaison between Body Design and manufacturing for new vehicle introduction into all European Manufacturing factories. Responsible for vehicle structure reviews and new proposals, process equipment design, jig&carrier attachment investigations and design, rapid prototyping, one-voice activities, quality audits and preliminary planning support. Work experience in automotive industry on America, Asia and Europe continents. Previous experince in Vehicle Production Engineering(VPE) group as being Production Engineer(PE) by following below items and projects at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey. Paintshop=VPE OP planning mngt of all Henkatens, process design and modifications, New color introduction, Jig&Attachment design-manufacturing-trials-handover, vehicle structure related process modifications(Such as: ED, Jig change, Sealer,UBC,Liguid Aquistic Sound Deadener(Damping coat), Antichip PVC applications, Primer,Top-coat,Clear,Bi-tone processes, Final repair, blackout tape and paint app.) Shutdown jobs planning and management with H&S, environment groups at shop floor. (Ex: Selectivity line modification, ED tank extention, New robot installation, new chassis wax process,Robot teach act. ) Plastics shop= New color introduction, Attachment design(Bumper(PP), rocker(PP),small plastics parts(ABS)), capacity calculations, henkaten management, shutdown jobs planning and mngt.(Ex: Oven extention due to capacity up, Side tank installation for new colors,New Inpane line installation.) Body shop= Atsukachi (Thick ED coating) coating for underbody chassis parts pallet design and production, capacity planning, various type of quality improvement act.
