Hi, currently i am working at Apple as a Specialist,I can speak English and Turkish. And I am willing to learn new languages. Based on my interests and experiences I would like to work part-time/ full-time in a field.
-Provide complete solutions based on customers' specific needs. - Provide personalized shopping experience to each and every customer. - Support Operation to do task management, daily counting, and Technology and Merchandising Pros to do the visual, setup the new products.
- Understanding Customer’s devices’ problems and approaching to solve the problems. - Worked at service department, listened customers and find best options to solve their problems.
- Worked at warehouse. - Product classification to the correct departments. - Learned and applied lots of famous brands’ packaging process.
