- Statistical Process Control Coordination of the SPCapp project, such as maintaining existing control points and creating new control labels, control and verification of data generated by control points, associating process parameters and product features, development of control charts, UCL/LCL - Machine Learning Training AI-supported cameras on the production line with multiple tools to reject products with quality defects and increasing the accuracy rate, verification of the tools used - Creating and Managing Annual Quality Culture Program Organizing monthly Food Safety Chats with production teams, sharing and following up on chat actions with relevant teams, organizing Quality Hunter events in the production area and organizing the award ceremony, preparing and sharing posts that will increase quality awareness regularly - Creating a live dashboard in PowerBI with the Manex team to monitor and trend the KPIs and data of the quality department. - Working regularly with the quality team on quality KPIs and targets. Providing support to the team when needed.
