Eurofins RBLSC IT Central Eastern and Europe Team # Performing data analysis of the eLIMS software system in TR. Eurofins Online (EOL) TR Implementation •Led business analysis, localization, and implementation activities for the Eurofins Online portal in Turkey. •Collaborated with developers, prepared user documentation and presentations, and conducted end-user testing and UAT to ensure successful go-live readiness. •Tracking the bug returns from project tests and final customer products in ServiceNow. •Managing product backlog (Azure DevOps), organizing sprints, and making release plans. ComLIMS Systems Turkey Implementation •Managed post-release UAT activities for ComLIMS system updates in Turkey, tracked defects via Azure DevOps, and worked with developers to resolve issues. Acted as a bridge between business users and IT teams to support system optimization and operational stability. •Managing product roadmaps and feature launches. TR WebLIMS e-Signature Transformation •Supported the transformation of manually signed reports into legally compliant e-signature for Turkey. •Responsible for ensuring that the Scrum team understands the purpose, designed the interface in Figma (UI Design) and acceptance criteria of user stories and responding to questions as needed.
Creating offers to customers via CLO-CLQ systems. Testing and researching the necessary information in the Eurofins main software system. Providing customer meetings for sales by ensuring plans on the annual sales target.
