About

I build the systems, partnerships, and operating cadence that turn advanced technology into scalable, defensible businesses. At GrayMatter Robotics, I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping scale Physical AI in real manufacturing environments. My focus is translating technical capability into durable business value through partnerships, operating models, and go-to-market alignment. This is not theoretical work. It is what enables robotics to move from pilots into sustained production. A recurring misconception in automation is the belief that value only exists when systems fully replace human labor or operate lights-out 24/7. In practice, the real leverage comes from consistency, quality, uptime, throughput, and learning velocity over time. Our RaaS model compounds this value by aligning outcomes with how manufacturers actually operate and evolve, rather than forcing brittle, one-size-fits-all assumptions. I spend most of my time working across leadership teams, customers, and partners on problems that sit between domains. These include scaling commercial motion, structuring partnerships, aligning incentives, and building operating rhythms that allow advanced systems to perform in the real world. My background spans high-growth startups, regulated industries, and enterprise environments, which gives me strong pattern recognition for what breaks as companies scale and how to address it early. I am not an internal-only operator. I work outward-facing, especially where ambiguity is high. Partnerships are a core lever I directly influence, particularly where they accelerate adoption, reduce friction, or future-proof the business. I am drawn to hard problems, Physical AI, and teams serious about changing how things work. Startups are not about maintaining the status quo. They demand high standards, clear thinking, and people who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. If you are building, scaling, or partnering around advanced manufacturing, automation, or Physical AI, I am always open to connect.
