Events Sales Executive with a Master’s degree in Management of Touristic Enterprises from the Higher National School of Tourism (ENST) El Aurassi, with a background in sales, economics, management, and hospitality. Passionate about the business side of hospitality, particularly events, sales development, and revenue strategy, I enjoy working in dynamic environments where I can combine client relations, sales negotiation, and event planning to create successful experiences. Fluent in French, Arabic, and English, and currently improving my Spanish (B1), I am always eager to learn, grow, and explore new opportunities in hospitality, events, and sales development.
I am an English teacher with a four-year teaching tenure. Additionally, I have undertaken a TELt (training of english language teachers) internship to further enhance my teaching skills.
I have gained valuable experience as a Guest Relations Agent at Oran Bay, where I had the opportunity to work with VIP guests and develop a deep understanding of hospitality. I demonstrated my excellent work ethic by improving feedback on TrustYou and actively engaging in initiatives to enhance guest experiences as well as the enrolements in such short period of time.
