I was Born in **1987** in **Rome**. After a childhood spent on dreaming to become a scientist, I firstly approached programming at 11 when I casually found QBASIC on a 486 laptop and started throwing bananas to [Gorillas]([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorillas_%28video_game%29](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorillas_%28video_game%29)). I have more than **10 years** of experience as a **Front-end** and **Full-stack** engineer, and at least another 7 spent doing web design jobs as a freelancer, teaching activities, and professional photography. I have extensive experience in **design systems**, **React.JS**, **JavaScript**, **TypeScript**, **Node.JS**, **CSS**; as well as some working experience with **Golang**, **image processing**, **Python**, **Rust**, and **PHP**. I wrote many technical architecture documents, dealt with changing requirements, fought for **accessibility**, used agile methodologies, interacted with designers, product owners and different stakeholders; delivering products for end customers as well as libraries for other teams to use. I am an open source enthusiast and I recognize its ethical value as well as its positive impact on code quality and democratic technology progress. I am interested in different programming paradigms and I value the aesthetic qualities of clean code, meant for humans and not machines. I enjoy solving challenging problems and building impactful products.
