- Project management related to social entrepreneurship and impact finance within PULSE, the association supporting positive impact entrepreneurship, part of GROUPE SOS; - Investment manager in charge of the group's equity investments within GROUPE SOS Participations, the investment arm of GROUPE SOS.
In charge of the Crédit Coopératif private equity investments in France: 100+ investments for ca. € 150 M, mostly in sustainable development and social solidarity economy sectors, both through PE funds and direct investments (excluding Crédit Coopératif subsidiaries). Main responsibilities: - Portfolio management (implementation of asset management processes, valuation reviews, financial and extra-financial reporting, involvement in the governance of the investee companies and funds) ; - Investment and divestment (market research, investment opportunities analysis, redaction of info-memo, steering of the investment committee, implementation of investments/divestments) ; - Development of methodologies for carbon footprint assessment and SDG alignment assessment of investment portfolios ; - Representation of the bank within institutional and banking networks focusing on sustainable finance and promoting the social solidarity economy.
Project management of 3 mixed-use real estate development projects in the Paris and Hamburg regions, for a total area of more than 180,000 m² and total investment above € 1 billion. Main responsibilities: - product ownership from preliminary phases to delivery; - detailed financial modeling; - reporting on financial status of project; - stakeholder management and administrative authorization securing; - design team management; - costs and planning follow up; - investment strategy.
