As housekeeping management, I I was in charge of cleaning the rooms and common areas of a townhouse with eight rooms. I also had to resolve conflicts by interacting with customers from all over the world. I worked as a team with my manager and the front desk team.
As a teacher's assistant in the after-school room I learned and was in charge of supporting the care and teaching process of more than 22 children between the ages of 4 and 7 years old.

As a professional in the educational area with a master's degree in conflict resolution at school I worked as an educational counselor in the vocational exploration of young people, I also designed plans for prevention and attention to school violence and bullying, finally as a physical education teacher I developed teaching programs at all educational levels based on the Chilean curriculum in addition to running workshops in soccer, table tennis, volleyball and athletics.
