I manage projects for integrating our software within customer's IT environment and I'm also responsible for subsequent projects and CRs. As part of this, I analyse requirements and manage the implementation, delivery and initial fault analysis. Furthermore, I conduct customer workshops and training.

Prototyped an alternative to current architecture of a medical device by Siemens CT. Implemented part of a walking skeleton (C#). Developed and maintained image processing components within the syngo.via project (C#, C++, C++/CLI). Investigated a methodology for building a statistical shape model of the thalamic nuclei and basal ganglia from a stereotactic anatomical atlas. Developed and improved three-dimensional reconstruction and registration algorithms for stereotactic anatomical atlases (C++, VTK, ITK, OpenInventor, Boost). Designed and implemented generic statistical shape model representations in Marvin, the software framework of the research network Co-Me. • Licensed 3D-model of deep brain nuclei to a medical device company
