Over the past 10 years, I have contributed to major retail transformations, including flagship operations (Nike Champs-Élysées), concept launches (first Nike Unite in France), and large-scale store openings and refits. I have successfully led large teams and driven operational excellence across both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. Currently serving as Facilities Manager for Nike’s House of Innovation in Paris, I lead the full scope of building operations for one of the brand’s most complex environments in EMEA. In this role, I oversee operational strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business continuity, ensuring seamless and resilient day-to-day operations. I collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Retail, Brand, Construction, IT, and external partners, to align operational priorities with business needs, while managing critical infrastructure projects and safeguarding Nike’s standards. As Facilities Manager for Nike's flagship HOI Paris, I oversee end-to-end building operations, combining strategic leadership, risk management, and operational execution. I'm responsible for ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience, while driving alignement across internal and external stakeholders in a highly complex retail and corporate environment. I lead critical decisions related to infrastructure, compliance, and operational priorities, while managing high-impact projects and safeguarding Nike's standards across all building operations.
• Coordinating all back-of-house operations, stock flow planning, and system setup prior to opening. • Partnering closely with store leadership, field teams, and HQ departments to align timelines, deliverables, and operational milestones. • Managing cross-functional collaboration between retail, merchandising, facilities, IT, and third-party vendors. • Supporting on-the-ground teams during the pre-opening phase and ensuring seamless transition to business-as-usual post-opening.
